Namaste from Mrs Carter!
On the weekend Mrs Carter enjoyed dressing up in a sari at home to show her students what it looks like when it is worn. Each sari is 6 metres long and requires a special technique to wrap it around your body so it sits elegantly showing off the intricate patterns and designs. Please watch the Inquiry presentation on Introducing India found on our Team 2 site!

Making sock face masks in lockdown!
Ms Gaston and her daughter made their own face masks at home using recycled socks which is such a clever idea! I think that Aliana did really well using a big pair of scissors so carefully. If you make your own one at your house can you please share it with one of your teachers and they will put it onto your blog. Check out their video on our Team 2 site. Thank you, from Mrs Carter.

Making Cannelloni with Mrs Carter!
Team 2 have been learning about the country Italy for this term's Inquiry focus called "A world of difference" so Mrs Carter decided to make some Cannelloni which is an Italian pasta dish. Here is her video, maybe you could try making this at home with a grown up?!
