Mrs Carter's Teddy bear hunt!
Kia ora Rm 24, I know that lots of you have been going on walks around your neighbourhood to keep fit during the lockdown period at home. I know you have also been on a teddy bear hunt, counting as many as 100 in total! I have seen a lot of teddy bears around my place too which I thought I would share with you. Some of them are hard to spot...so look carefully. Take care and stay safe in your Bubble. Arohanui from Mrs Carter.
Term 2 online learning starts today!
Wow Team 2, have you seen Ms Gaston's amazing learning site that is ready for you to access from home during the lockdown?! It is full of lots of fun and exciting reading activities, videos to watch and things to learn about from your digital device...check out the different areas; Literacy, The Living World, Patterns and Shapes and Creative Arts. Have a go and then we can add your work to your blog.
Don't forget to complete your daily "My Journal" entry and also join us for our 10 am Google Meet for everyone in Team 2!

Wishing you a Happy Easter everyone, from Ruby!
My family pet rabbit is called Ruby. She is a Netherland Dwarf variety which means she will not grow any bigger than this! She is nearly 4 years old. We bought her from a pet shop in Glen Innes. She likes to eat carrots, spinach leaves, broccoli, kibble and mandarins. She is only allowed to drink water. We put a harness on her so that she doesn't run away, and the little bell helps us to find her if she does. She likes being cuddled and makes a funny grunting noise and also purrs when she is happy. She has white fur and red eyes which means she is an albino. Her eyesight is not great so she relies on her nose to help her smell her surroundings. She lives in a rabbit hutch outside in the back garden.
